To live is to hurt, sometimes. However, learning to live is an art. If we know how to deal with pain in a non-destructive way, we are on the right path to a healthy life. Drinking and using drugs will feel as they help. However, many problems will cascade shortly after, and then we will drown. There are no formulas to life, only learning as we go. At Refresh Recovery, we know that a no-harm approach to life is an excellent way to go. Much of our suffering is actually by choice, and being brave enough to seek help is the way to go.
