Gratitude is hard to come by when we feel overwhelmed by feelings and problems. We forget to see that we take much for granted. Having gratitude for having a roof over your head every day will warm your heart and set you on the right emotional path. Try it, observe and let us know how it went here at Refresh Recovery. Being grateful does not mean that you need to be positive all the time and kid yourself, saying everything is great. It´s about appreciating what you have and being thankful that you have it.
